Vip Vipperman
Vice President
Vip Vipperman is Vice President at Eagle Venture Funds, a family of funds dedicated to helping audacious entrepreneurs battle for causes & places that are desperate for change (with a current focus on tech to combat human trafficking and slavery) . He is cofounder of The Lion’s Den DFW pitch competition & was one of the early team members at Faith Driven Entrepreneur & Investor co-creating projects like Marketplace, Demo Days, and Unmuted. He previously worked for one of the nation’s largest faith based multifamily developers and spent his early career doing missions works alongside underground church planters in Asia. He has been married for 20 years to Carrie and they have 3 kids and a yellow lab. His spends a lot of time on Boy Scouts camping trips or at kids sporting events.

Interim Director
Joe has over 20 years of national and international experience in the nonprofit sector. He is passionate about creating networks of people and organizations that lead to thriving communities. Joe is the Founder and CEO of Exponent Group, an international 501c3 focused on helping organizations create spiritual integration where they live, work, and play.
Tom Brown
Director of Operations
Tom engages the world as a stabilizing personality in the midst of challenging circumstances. He leverages a strategic perspective matched with an operational approach to help leaders take meaningful action. His value for excellence, holistic well-being, and clarity undergirds everything he does. Tom is a Managing Partner at Redemptive Brokenness, helping leaders build and execute restorative operations that bring their visions of transformation to life.
Kalei Swogger Pogue
Chief of Staff
Kalei has spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector from providing direct services at a restoration home for survivors of human trafficking to serving as an executive assistant for development and strategic growth. As Chief of Staff at Eagle Impact Alliance, she focuses on empowering nonprofits and for profits to collaborate together so their communities and regions can thrive.
